Cash Back Terms and Conditions

Scenario 1
If our solicitors accept your claim and go on to confirm that (1) liability for your claim has been admitted by the party responsible and (2) they have received medical evidence which supports your claim for injury being worth £1000 or more, we will make a cash back payment to you, within 14 days of up to £250.

Scenario 2
Even if the above doesn’t apply, but you then go on to win injury compensation of more than £1000, then we will still pay you cash back of up to £250, within 14 days of the conclusion of your claim.

Claims which would not qualify for our Cash Back offer

1. Your RTA claim is brought under the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) Untraced Drivers Agreement [where you cannot trace the person at fault for your accident]
2. Your claim is brought under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority scheme (CICA)
3. You fail to recover more than £1000 in compensation for your injuries.
4. Your claim is adjudged by our solicitors to be fraudulent and/or a hoax.

Cash Back amounts
Road Traffic Accident (adult) - £250
Road Traffic Accident (child) - £200 (payable to the nominated Litigation Friend)
Accident at Work - £200
